About the event
This four-course dinner was designed by Chef Josh, focusing on classic technique, thoughtful pacing, and ingredients chosen with intention. Each course is paired with wines selected to complement the menu rather than compete with it.
The evening will be presented by local sommelier John Johnson, who will guide guests through the pairings and provide insight into each selection as the dinner progresses.
The centerpiece of the evening will be from our very own locally raised Turkey Creek Cattle Co. beef—the same beef served nightly at Prime and held to Chef's standards.
